As always on my visits I received excellent attention and expert advice from Brian Ashton responsible for service booking. He is a most courteous and ensures that everything is fully understood about what has been covered in service. I have dealt with him over the years the booking services and have always found him to be extremely helpful. I should also mention Amanda who ensures that I am kept fully up to date with my EMAC Plan. Both of these Vauxhall personel are to be commended for their diligent customer service.
