Price - although I got a breakdown of what occured in the service the price was very high for what was received. In addition, I had topped up my washer fluid prior to attending for service yet it was highlighted as one of the services provided on the day. It's not a big issue given that it was a only couple of pound but it does leave you wondering why it was detailed as something that was done and charged for.The woman in the service center who I was dealing with was exceptional. She knew her job inside out and kept me informed throughout the day about when my car could be collected etc.

I was looking for a car on the mobility scheme ni . Stephen Mc Mahon was the gentleman who helped me . He has an indepth knowledge about cars. He was a pleasure to deal with. I can't praise Stephen enough he is an asset to your company. I had a problem with the car i wanted due to weakness in my arm and hand. This is why the car wasn't suitable for my needs. 😊 🙂
