there was some confusion over whether a courtesy car was available. I originally chose that particular day as there was supposed to be a car available but then it turned out it wasn't. It was OK in the end as the service was short and I was offered a place to work while I waited which was great and ended up being a better solution than taking a car, thank you.

Brian Ashton was very helpful and has kept in touch with me to let me know about progress on some additional work needed for my car.I scored the booking experience as a three because of the online booking experience. I found the online booking process clunky and confusing as the customer is asked to select any date with no visibility if the date they are selecting is available or not.

Stephen McMahon was absolutely excellent in explaining the whole process & meticulous with all the details etc. He also explained the various functions of the vehicle at handover.

Vehicle awaiting part to get sorted however I was kept up to date with diagnosis and have been promised a courtesy car when car comes back in.
