This feedback is entirely based on my most recent interaction with Charles hurst in portadown.I was welcomed by a service person called Brian. Brian was fantastic and very expertly advised the best actions to take to enable me to have my car sorted. He was thorough and pleasant and friendly person who kept me in the loop of the process from start to finish which completely thrilled with.When I first bought the car the other person I dealt with totally fobbed me off, lie after lie but Brian emailed me and kept me updated via voicemail to about everything. Now there are no noises everytime I start my car thanks to Brian.Brian deserves a payrise/promotion for he knows his job well and if he says he will call you....he will.Maybe he should get Tony's job, he has no clue about his roll & fobs people off!!!

Some if my replies may be rajen out if context My car had been in Portadiwn for replacement silencer just few weeks previously so health check etc had been carried out then as I have plan with C Hurst You rang me as my car was due MOT which CHurst arranged for me but I was able to get the test date changed and was offered a test the following morning after I rang them which I accepted and then went to Hurst Portadown to tell them date had been changed to next day and they were just so helpful and told me to bring car back next morning and they would take to test centre fir me as now we've to stand outside while car is tested and they said no way was I doing that as I've just had major surgery for cancer So next morning I returned with my car and was treated like royalty while my car was taken for test I was sitting drinking coffee in the heat until my car returned What better service could anyone have Was a pleasure doing business with them as it always is They keep my car roadworthy all the time and never once have I had a problem Staff are always friendly and welcoming Best garage in town

From the minute i entered Charles Hurst i was treated with respect by the Service Team, offered Tea or Coffee by the Receptionist and the experience was very good. When the service was completed the lady from the Service Team took me out to my car and explained every thing to me. My car was very clean when i received it back because it had been washed while i had been waiting. Thank you Charles Hurst Vauxhall would recommend you anytime.
