Amanda always deals with us with regard to our cars service. She is excellent at ensuring that all are needs are met. On this occasion she was aware that I was just out of hospital and therefore we needed a car. She arranged for our car to be collected and a car left with us I case we needed it. That's what I call service.

We were dealing with Stephen McMahon and we have never received such amazing costumer service from start to finish. Nothing was too much for him. So helpful and friendly. We were with another dealership for over 10 years and the moment we met Stephen we knew it was time to switch. Fabulous guy, outstanding customer service. Safe to say we’ll be staying with Charles Hurst for as long as he is there. Can’t fault Stephen at all
