My experience at the start was terrible. I had my car 2 weeks and then sent back to dealer for over 6 weeks whilst gearbox was getting fixed and has to go back in again in a few weeks to get my heater fixed. Offered a free service for my troubles which does not really cover the milage and petrol I have paid for on my many visits to the showroom. Staff were so helpful and professional so I do not blame them one bit. I was just unlucky with car I purchased from Charles Hurst which still isn't fixed

Great as always, minor suggestion though, where the fridge and coffee machine is, installing a 4 way socket adaptor would make it easier for those of use who bring laptops to work as both plugs are in use by the machines.

Since my annual service in November 2021, I had to return due to the oil light coming on and also for tyre checks. My car needed engine oil. There was no explanation as to why the car needed oil as there are no oil leaks. I can only assume it was not checked during the annual service in November 2021!

I would just like to mention Stephen mcmahon as being the nicest person that I have dealt with in all my years of getting motability cars . He is a so genuine person and listens to all your needs .Absolutely love my new car .
