I will be returning to the dealership because firstly my tyre-pressure light came on again within hours of my car being returned to me, this has been an ongoing fault with my car since I purchased it, and this has been the second time my car has been in to have it repaired. Secondly my service light has also just come back on even though my car was serviced on Monday. I haven't called yet regarding these points because I have no more time available to take off work to have these points addressed - my car is integral to my work and I really, really miss the fact that Charles Hurst no longer offer a courtesy car service. I found it quite bizarre last week that the guy who collected my car was driving a courtesy car and he parked it and left it when he took my car away - and it sat outside my office four 4 hours whilst I was unable to work because I had no car. I really don't mind paying for the use of a courtesy car.

I dealt with Luke in portadown who was very helpful. I am awaiting an assessment for PIP x like explained the process very well and once I am in a position to change my car I will definitely get back in touch.
