Service team excellent as always.

Vey pleased with the service I received and the friendlyness and helpfulness of the staff.

Asked driver to try have the vehicle back to me at the office by 2.30, never passed the message on the service advisor. Service book not filled in, this is the 2nd year in a row this has been missed even after me telling booking advisor and service advisor it needed to be done. Driver was sent out the following day to fill in both years of service book

Satisfied with the speed of the callback after my online enquiry.I didn’t proceed with the enquiry. The car was not suitable for me and it was too far to go to test drive it anyway.I purchased a car from the Belfast branch instead

Not pushy salesmen yet friendly and half up - Tony and Joel were definitely a success in my sales - I had looked around 2 other Charles hurst branches but didn’t have pleasant experiences so when I went to them I was highly pleased

There was an engine problem which was fixed very quickly but there is still a bit of paint discolouration on the drivers side wing mirror and a chip in the windscreen which doesn’t show on the video nor did I notice it on my test drive.

I would like Caoimhe McArdle recognised for her friendly and professional manner both on the phone and when my daughter picked up her car

Perhaps a note in your service book stating approximately the miles/approximate date of your next serviceAlso state that between services/time/miles filters may be required to be changed
