The issue has not been fixed as it is either an iOS problem (mine is the latest level) or an IMC software problem (not caught up with iOS yet). There was no video as there wasn’t any need because I was present throughout. As always, a very high standard of service from this retailer and despite not fixing the issue I am still very pleased with how they treated me. Many thanks

I have a problem with the alarm on my car every time the fault is cleared it goes off again in a few days. I have to keep going back to using my key. This is very frustrating. Fault cleared on Friday at my service alarm went off twice on Sunday morning.I find the Portadown branch staff very friendly and Brian who I have dealt with a few times is very helpful.RegardsNelson
