First of all I'd like to congratulate the Portadown branch on a beautiful showroom, I was immediately drawn to the fantastic vehicles you have on display and the warm welcome I received on arrival. The staff were fantastic!After a few minutes browsing I was approached by Luke Sandford who after some friendly introductions started to answer some very specific questions on my part. I'm an Engineer working for another brand but had very little understanding of the features & spec of the new Corsa. He was courteous and professional throughout without any pretence at all (a fault I have experienced in the past with other Sales Executives). He immediately put my mind at ease regarding my questions and I have to say was very impressive with his product knowledge (and believe me when I say I tried to catch him out regarding some more technical questions). Every aspect of the experience exceeded my expectations, from the descriptions of the vehicles (he offered 2), the test drive (initially with the Corsa SE and later when I returned with my wife in the Corsa SRI), the explanation of the various finance packages and any issues that might arise if I ordered a non-stock vehicle (I am aware of the industry shortage of semi conductors) - he was amazing throughout this initial phase of purchase and put me and my wife at ease with his friendly and genuine character. I also wanted to highlight that at no point in this purchase did he try the "hard sell" (again something I'm all to familiar with), it was this fact that led us to deciding straight away on the SRI (my first choice though I'm glad to say 'er indoors' pointed straight at it!)Luke explained that there would be a slight delay to proceedings due to some unfortunate delivery damage but we would hopefully take ownership of the vehicle asap. Again, the conversation was pleasant and he was transparent throughout - I got the impression (and know through experience now that the sale is complete) that he really does care about both the brand and his customers!Unfortunately here was a further delay to the eventual handover, but again Luke kept us informed throughout both by phone and email. I especially like the videos he sent (a feature I know the brand I work for do but not something I had experienced with Vauxhall in the past) - another surprise and delight! He (and the branch staff) also assisted with my other car as I had cancelled my insurance (stupidly) for the original delivery date and they kept me on the road. This was done with no fuss and it was something that he (and the branch) didn't have to do!I took ownership of my vehicle yesterday and despite being short staffed due to illness he made both my wife and I feel special throughout, it really was a pleasurable experience! Again, he was fantastic, taking time to explain all the features again without rushing through even though he needed to attend other customers! I am delighted with the vehicle and look forward to many hours of pleasurable driving in it!I just wanted to finish off with a massive thank you to Luke, the wider staff at Portadown and yourselves for making this experience one that I will remember for all the right reasons.

Happy to deal with him again and made the experience less of a hassle than sometimes can be.
