James Anderson was excellent. He was polite and called when he promised. Unfortunately, I deducted one star because when I negotiated the price, and James talked to his boss, the boss deployed underhand tactics unworthy of Charles Hurst.

I was just in the area and called in for a look... Got speaking with Alex. A very nice guy who had good knowledge and offered myself a fair price on my trade in. He sorted everything, I just had to call in and pick up the new bike. Would definitely deal with Hurst again...
