I had a service booked and was phoned a few days later by Debbie and told there was a recall on my Tenere 700 and would l like all done at the same time as l live 45 miles away l am very pleased with the overall service

Alex was very helpful with getting me on the road with my very first bike.

Alex in Hurst Yamaha was extremely profession, personable and helpful. The personal walk-round video he provided gave me good insight into the condition of the (used) bike and helped me make the decision to buy. We always enjoy our chats with Alex and Ken when we visit the dealership, and find the other members of the tea friendly and ready to assist.

Great service from the 'Service Department.' No issues at all, from booking the bike in, to the collection, service and delivery of the bike was 10/10 - so please pass on my thanks to all those involved.

Staff helpful and courteous, some other places could take a leaf out of their book.

Everything was great. Al x was helpful with everything he showed me the the bike via video cause I’m in cork. He gave me all the details about how it will be if I got it and explain how I change the plates etc
