While browsing I came across a second-hand bike (not a Yamaha) in which I was interested. The salesperson was very helpful and well informed, helping me to access sitting on the bike and getting its back-history for me to peruse. He then sent me a video of the bike being viewed 360 degrees with commentary - all without pressure to buy. I have bought several bikes previously in Hursts and am generally happy with the service offered but on this occasion my non-purchase was due to my personal circumstances rather than anything untoward from staff. I'll certainly come back when I'm firmly in the market. Many thanks.
