I had visited the Yamaha motorcycle parts, and not actually come to look at New bikes , I had come down with a friend and we did not know that the parts department closed before the showroom , but after talking to Alex he phoned the guy in parts who was still in the building and he had no problems, checking and ordering the parts I needed.

Found Ken Dugan very friendly helpful and very knowledgeable everything ran very smooth was very good at his job cheers Ken

I don't understand how the first service costs £100 and all thats done is changing the oil and filter ... the parts are no more than £25-£30 so £70 for changing a filter and oil... way to excessive...

All good really, Alex was very helpful but just couldn't get my bike placed gor a trade in. I'd say if he did there was a good chance u would have been buying. Customer vid was very helpful and nice personal touch, as I said I'm still looking and Alex is keeping me in mind if anything suitable happens....

Interested in purchasing a NI mt09 and importing to Ireland . Alex very helpful but vrt made it too expensive .
