I had visited the Yamaha motorcycle parts, and not actually come to look at New bikes , I had come down with a friend and we did not know that the parts department closed before the showroom , but after talking to Alex he phoned the guy in parts who was still in the building and he had no problems, checking and ordering the parts I needed.

I was dealing with Alex at Charles Hurst, over email. We discussed the yamaha MT-07, a bike that I want in tech black. Alex explained that they have sold out of the MT-07 and that stock was unlikely to arrive in 2022 from Yamaha, but he took my number and has arranged to call me if new stock of this bike arrives.Alex sent me details on the extended warranty offer and also the GardX treatment.Alex was very helpful and I am very pleased with the interaction.

I don't understand how the first service costs £100 and all thats done is changing the oil and filter ... the parts are no more than £25-£30 so £70 for changing a filter and oil... way to excessive...

All good really, Alex was very helpful but just couldn't get my bike placed gor a trade in. I'd say if he did there was a good chance u would have been buying. Customer vid was very helpful and nice personal touch, as I said I'm still looking and Alex is keeping me in mind if anything suitable happens....
