Alex really looked after me - I had a test ride last year and was not to get approval for finance. I called him to discuss if he had any demos or deals and he keep me informed via email and calls - he then had a cancellation of a new bike and let me know and no pressure - I called in to see the bike and we agreed on the price and the rest is history- proud owner of a T700 Rally

To speak to someone directly by phone proved quite difficult. I realise you are often very busy it the calls could be answered more promptly. Otherwise all aspects were excellent.
