Debbie is and was absolutely amazing, very helpful, knowledgable, and obliging. In getting the bike booked, in explaining the process and what is to be done. In addition to the recall works being done I also asked if I could have the spark plugs and air filter changed, and this was not a problem. The video from Dave the master technician/mechanic was excellent, thorough, and much appreciated. I also asked for pictures to her taken of the bike when it was stripped down, these were supplied and a good keepsake to stay with the bike. The bike was left out in the rain, and the seat was still soaking 24 hrs later therefore still soaking me 24 hrs later.

Called in for a test ride of the Yamaha T7 and a look. All very pleasant and well organised. Could do with a bit more knowledge about selling to people in the South, vat, vrt, etc. Love my Yamaha 65th anniversary tee shirt and magazine....thanks.

Never had an issue with The parts and service staff. Always friendly, great banter and professional. Took the bike in a day early.
