Sales rep very pleasant and great communication

Alex Morgan from the Boucher Rd. Belfast branch, facilitated my enquiry about buying a T7 that I was ambitious to buy. I explained my situation about working out of the country and so the bike was held for me, and the eSig was dealt with online with guidance from Alex. This also included a detailed video of the T7 sent to me via email.

Me and my partner have just bough YZ250 from Charles Hurst this week and we couldn’t recommend it enough. James Anderson based in Belfast have been amazing with helping us to purchase our bike. We couldn’t pick a better person. James is amazing at his job ,great customer service,very passionate and always happy to help or answer any queries we had. Big thanks to James once again for helping us and getting everything finalised. We can happily say that we will be back in the future!

James Anderson was excellent. He was polite and called when he promised. Unfortunately, I deducted one star because when I negotiated the price, and James talked to his boss, the boss deployed underhand tactics unworthy of Charles Hurst.
