My ACU was not working. I called maintenance got a call right away.with in minutes someone was there. The next day they made sure that we had cool air until the Unit can be replaced. I’ve lived here twenty plus years. It takes all of us working together to have a great community.

John maintenance service was top tier! His work was timely, efficient and effective. John let know everything he was doing in the unit. If there was a mistake he took accountability. If I had to choose any maintenance worker it would definitely be John. Very hard worker and reliable and friendly. Keep up the great work John. You’re the best
