Maintenance came to fix the AC , change the air filter and caulk around the bottom of the bathtub, which they did , but in changing the air filter they did not clean the coils inside of the unit, and they put the wrong size filter in there. But thankfully today another maintenance worker came for the same request and he checked everything and corrected what was wrong. Thank you for taking care of the problem in a timely manner.

Excellent because I didn’t have time to submit a maintenance request and the young lady did it for me. It was about my air condition and the maintenance man was up there less than 30 minutes came home. My house was nice and cool.
