The Charleston Home Rentals team is terrific - makes being a landlord easy.

I find them to be knowledgeable reasonable and easy to work with.

They are thorough and prompt with responses to any issue, though we have only had a few. I wish they did not try to increase the rent every year and then charge an admin fee. I know owners plat a part but when U talk to the owner la they always say it’s not them, it the rental agency 🤷‍♀️
