We have used this company three times now to rent out our condos and to get our daughter into a rental of theirs! We have nothing but good things to say! We live in Chapin SC the whole process was a breeze and it’s easy to communicate with them! Matt and staff are friendly, price is less than other places we researched, and we are happy with the outcome! We havent had any issues with our renters and have only had to have the company go out once to install an ice maker hose that had come loose and this was fixed promptly! We will definitely be using them again when this renters contract is up and I would highly recommend to others!
