I've had little reason to interact with CHS Home Rentals, but when I have had to do so, it's been fine.

Excellent service, good communication, and quick response time when any issue arose but really, it's been easy and seamless. I love the home I am in.

We have only had to request maintenance and couple of times and both times they responded quickly and fixed our problems.My only complaint is that rent is paid on-line, which is great! But you are charged a fee. And There is no other way to pay rent without paying a fee for paying rent.
