I've always had a great experience renting from Charleston Home Rentals! They are quick with maintenance requests and easy to communicate with when it comes to renewing my lease or any other issues with the place I am renting. I would recommend them to anyone!

Choosing to use Charleston Home Rentals has been an extremely wise and happy decision for me. They are totally professional in everything they do from vetting tenants to responding to emergencies all in a friendly and concerned manner. Never did I think they were not acting in my interest and I have used them for a number of years. An easy 5+ star for them.

More communication on maintenance and upkeep of properties. Any issues, anything that needs to be fixed. Even if it's to say things are good and no repairs are needed at this time.

Charleston Home Rentals maintenance/service manager responded promptly, inspected promptly, and quickly resolved the replacement of the HVAC unit 'upon receipt of approval of the Owner'.

My only issue issue is late in responding to email. Sometimes i got no response at all.
