Nothing wrong with the payments . Communication about filters was awful . Still don't know what happened . Not what I was promised at the beginning . I think the renter asked for a reimbursement too. I also paid for them and to have someone change them so the renter was charged extra so was I and chr did..... What?

The company and staff are very professional. I like the online portal and owner monthly statements. I would prefer photos to accompany the tenant's repair requests so there is a better understanding of the repair request and whether your vendor can assist to avoid unnecessary service fees to the owner. A current repair request is still unresolved and pending more information to resolve. Once the repair is completed owner should receive a photo of the repair along with the invoice. Small repair charges are surprisingly overpriced.
