For an oil change, tire rotation, and car wash I'm quoted an hour. Usually it's done in roughly about an hour. This time it took 1.5 hours without any communication as to why it took longer. I assumed they were busy or short staffed, but it would have been nice to have an update.The service advisor I usually end up with comes across as rude every time I come in. But she did relay that my car needed additional services that I declined.The service tech left his half empty water bottle in my cup holder.Usually, I don't have much of an issue. Lately, the time it takes to get through my service has been taken longer for reasons I do not know. I was also informed that my wiper blades were torn and needed to be replaced which I declined because I haven't had an issue. I inspected them afterwards and they are not torn. I was also told I needed to replace my engine air filter because there was a mouse nest in it - while this was true, I declined because I had one at home. The service tech put it back with the mouse nest still intact and his black, greasy finger prints on the filter. Luckily I replaced it that night, but I'd expect a little better service here.

The service department lady was very prompt and polite as well as helpful checking on my needs while I waited for the service to be completed!I called about my outlander and brought it up to the service department and they got me into the service department within minutes
