The sales people and service people ae all exceptional. They are glad to help and professional.We really are happy with our Mitsubishi. Gas mileage local driving is about 30 mpg. It is a great vegicle.

See first noteMy car was towed to the dealership on August 22. It was ready for pickup on October 17. That’s 8 weeks.In those 8 weeks, nearly every time there was an update, it was because I called the shop, not the other way around.I had it towed there because it’s the dealership from which I bought this car new last summer, and it now apparently can’t be serviced.In the 8 weeks my car was there, I paid:* $931.78 in car payments* $369.76 in insurance payments* for a total of $1,301.54 for a car I haven’t driven once in that timeDuring all this time, the dealership never once offered me a loaner or any other type of support while I went two months without my car.When I picked up the car, I asked for a reduction in the bill given the circumstances and was told no.Easily the worst service experience I’ve ever had.See note on first step

Very impressed how easy it was to schedule an appt, thankful clear WiFi info and great work space while I waited on my vehicle.

I would run the car through the car wash.. I went to another dealer recently that did that and it was a nice addition.Thr people and there attention to detail.

Always a pleasure to have my vehicle serviced there.Dropped off for oil change and recall. Ask if they could and on an inspection to the list. They worked it in so I wouldn’t have to come back in a month.
