Had to call back twice to make an appointment. Call never got answered first time I called.I took 2 hours for a simple oil change and state inspection.The outlander came with maintenance from purchasing new. Not once wasI asked about the service that it came with. I never have got the tires rotated under this included maintenance. I was also told on my second visit I had no more services included. I question it and was told that was it. I sent a msg and it was looked I to and I fact I was correct that I had more service I had not used. Service advisor called me and said would take care of me next visit. Just to state I have never got the tire rotations or filter change. So we will see if this is all taken care of on my next visit.

I left my service appointment thinking I will definitely purchase from Charlie's again, and it will likely be another Mitsubishi. My 2018 Outlander is still running great!Service was beyond exceptional!

Great service. When I called to set up the appointment the phone was answered quickly and appointment set right up. No waiting!!!
