My vehicle was returned to me in the same condition in which I delivered it for service. I was just a little disappointed that it was not vacuumed as Central Maine Motors would always vacuum my car when I brought it in for service.I scheduled this appointment online. It was correctly executed by Charlie's Service Dept. I live 1 1/2 hours from the dealership where I bought my car. Last year I scheduled a service appointment online with them for a state inspection and oil change. The dealership service dept changed the oil, did a routine safety check and removed the state inspection sticker but did not put on the new one. I was halfway home before I realized I had NO STATE INSPECTION STICKER!!! I contacted them and they implied I had scheduled it incorrectly. Then why was the inspection sticker removed??? I was very unhappy about the situation and vowed not to ever use them again. Charlies had a good reputation from people I know who used them. And they did not disappoint.

Poor communication with me. They keep breaking my vehicleThe dealership messed up my ac then the second transmission failed then when they returned the car to me the radiator had issues because they did not secure hose properlyIt was towed back to the dealership within 4 hours of the returnI will be looking into the Maine Lemon law on my vehicle two transmissions so far within two months. I will never buy another Outlander. If I could get rid of this on I wouldMy car has been with dealership off and on since July 2 I have had the car a total of 10 days since July

Wish that there were more appointments so we could wait for our car, especially when it is only an oil change or inspection. Can be inconvenient to drop off and then need to pick up.
