I was surprised by the charge for the income tax forms. I never heard back about the CO Meter that you decided needed to be installed after your walkthrough. Other than these items I am satisfied with your service.

The service of Chase Pacific is fine. My opinion of Robert Grange (my property manager and contact person with Chase Pacific) is excellent. One thing I did not like is that I was charged a fee of $50 to prepare my end of year tax info--1099. This I believe is really bad. I brought this to Robert's attention and he had the fee credited to my account. He also explained, after speaking with the accounting dept that this was a fairly common procedure. I have never heard of being charged to prepare/send a 1099. I receive several of them each year. No other business that I deal with charges for this.
