I had an electrical issue which needed to be looked at as well as a leak in the sprayer on our sink. Neither of these issues was emergent but Chase responded quickly sending a maintenance person out within a few days. He quickly repaired the leak on our sink for which he had to run to the hardware store to get a part. In addition, he took a look at the electrical issue on our back porch related to the power source used for our dryer. It turned out no repairs had to be done to it. However, after investigating the issue, he took the time to explain the unusual configuration used so I was comfortable installing a new dryer.

I have used Chase property management for 10 years. They have been trustworthy and always available when you need them. We have 3 tenants over the 10 years. The longest turnaround time between tenants was 2 days!
