I feel like the same old thermostat was installed, the one that did not work properly in the first place. If I set temperature to 50F, the heating is running and running and never turns off. I’ll test it more and most likely have to submit another request to fix this

Washer has not been fixed and it has been almost 2 weeks.

Vicente is respectful, communicative and easy to work with. However, the issue with the kitchen cabinet/drawer isn't resolved. He tried a couple a fixes which sadly didn't work. Clearly the issue needs to be looked at by a professional. I had similar issues in #207 as well. Sounds like the issue is universal to Chateau Woods.

I suffered a serious accident at the entrance of the building’s garage after tripping over an uneven surface on the floor that had no warning signs, markings, or safety notice. As a result, I fell and sustained heavy physical impact, significant strain, and multiple bruises. Fortunately, no bones were broken; however, I was required to spend the entire day at the hospital, I am currently taking strong pain medications, and I will need to undergo physical therapy for a prolonged period.At this time, I am unable to work, which has caused substantial financial losses, including loss of income and the cancellation of client appointments that depend entirely on my ability to perform my work. The damages resulting from this accident are numerous and are directly related to the lack of proper maintenance and adequate safety measures by the building management.In addition, I must formally report other serious and ongoing issues:I was assigned and charged for parking space number 25, yet I am unable to park my vehicle because another car is continuously occupying this space without authorization.The management office remains closed, despite a posted sign stating office hours from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Tuesday through Friday, which does not reflect the actual availability.The main/social elevator has been out of service for three consecutive days, with no repair completed to date.This situation is deeply disappointing, negligent, and unacceptable, especially considering the safety risks posed to residents and visitors. I formally request immediate corrective action, written clarification, and acknowledgment of responsibility for the damages and losses caused.I expect a prompt response.Sincerely,Andrea Carias
