I've had so many basic, simple issues from the move in process in 2025 & the move in condition of the apt regarding maintenance issues to current issues in 2026 as well that it's very sad. I love the Woodinville neighborhood, but I've come to figure out that I feel your mgmnt. company's business model of how you choose to manage/run the community, maintain the bldg, your online systems you choose to use & your communication w residents is broken. It seems like your preferred business philosophy is more abt high turnover & then charge more for rent rather than investing time, energy, & money into keeping the residents you do have by fixing the current issues that's occurring & being more long term resident minded. That doesn't seem to be your goal.Being more organized & creating a trustworthy, legal, & consistently positive experience with your residents for the long term is not happening at all. I've heard this same perspective w many of the current & past residents I talk to as well.

Our washing machine recently stopped working, and it took a few days for someone to come look at it. The washing machine was replaced after maybe 5 days. I able to to get an empty unit to do laundry in, which required a visit to the leasing office. The new laundry machine appears to be an upgrade and is working great.

The toilet in the second bath wasn't finished being set up. The tank is still detached, and water wasn't hooked up. Still hasn't gotten fixed, and we moved in on Thursday. The Elevators are slow and in an odd place relative to our actual unit, but that's just bad luck. The shower wasn't draining, so obviously they didnt snake the drains beforehand. I think there was just a lack of final walk-through beforehand, the apartment handover, but besides that, it's been fine. The janitor was very kind and helped us break down boxes.

I feel like the same old thermostat was installed, the one that did not work properly in the first place. If I set temperature to 50F, the heating is running and running and never turns off. I’ll test it more and most likely have to submit another request to fix this
