Love my apartment on the south side. Bright and sunny. Love the secure parking. Easy access to the elevator close to our door.Great response time for any questions.Fitness room is great.Ability to have a pet was a must.Location location location !!!Would love to buy it if it was an option.

The service request was completed quickly and efficientlyAdditionally, the hallways in the building are ice cold anyway they can turn the heat on

The repairs were completed within 24 hours of my request.

Things are mostly pleasant. Staff is great, kind, attentive. Parking is always easy. Two drawbacks outside of office control is neighbor dog barking all day and Amazon delivery to wrong area (lobby). Otherwise I have enjoyed my time here.

Have had issues with the office staff since move in. Staff feels very condescending and unprofessional.

As always, Vincente handled our maintenance problem efficiently and he is always very pleasant.

Check for an issue the next day.
