Hectic day of canceling old cruse(Hurricane Polo) and trying to re-book new one. Had to call over 3 times before I could get anyone to work with me, kept referring me from one dept to another, one agent(Susan something) said outright she couldn't and wouldn't help me as it was against company policy for her to re book? Finally was transferred to Jason who was more than happy to re-book me and gave me a final price, which was to include everything only to find out later it didn't had to come up with an $578 to include Ins and cancellation fee(100).. Which he said he take care of, not so. Had to call back and talk to another Agent, who was very helpful and got me a credit, thank you

The price on line was not available when I called and actually had the cruise up only line while talking to the cheep cruise’s representative. Teacher discount was not applied. My daughters nw reward number was not used.
