My first cruise so I had a lot of questions. Booking agent Vivian Ward was excellent, she took the time to answer any questions I had (and there were a lot). Vivian went over all my options, She explained that she would not put me in the front of the ship for fear of motion sickness. I really appreciated that because it was not something I would have thought of on my own. Overall it was a great experience and she was a pleasurable personality to interact with.

The representative was very helpful and explained everything and gave us the ins and outs of the cruise he gave us good advice on what to expect
