I called agent Mr. Scott Kingsmore ext.39105 for the second time because of his expertise that I enjoy the first time as I booked my second cruise with NCL.Mr. Kingsmore answers his extension phone number right away or his message machine leaves clear advise help.I fully enjoy talking with Scott as he books my cruise in a fast timely manner and explains all the pricing information and looks up my file and advises me with any sale options and my entitled discounts. I had not yet applied for my Military Veterans program and Scott kindly forwarded me the website link to apply. I now enjoy a discount.Scott is always polite, pleasant and kind to talk with. He has a high skill and knowledge of the booking process. I will always call Scott and try to use him for my cruise bookings process.
