Very friendly and very efgicient

I book 2 cruises back to back. Mary Gene checked the best prices for both cruises, went over all the details and booked them. She also explained the process of the next payment. I forgot to include my 50th anniversary for celebration on my cruise documents. I called Mary Gene and left a message concerning the details. She took care of adding the info on the booking. She called me back to confirm. She is great!!

Tracy took very good care of me!! She helped me finalize my second room, found my VFIP #, and applied it to my booking, and made sure our rooms were next to each other! Tracy also made sure we were seated together for dinner!! I had an excellent experience, with Tracy!! Thank you!!
