By the end of my booking I encountered and issue with my card. I called customer service and they told me what to do and call back. I did just that. Both the persons I spoke to were extremely helpful and so kind. I was able to finalize my booking. Also, the chat feature was truly helpful. I had a few clarifying questions regarding the booking and pricing. The person was very patient and was able to confirm and explain everything for me.

Tom is very patient. He helped me so much offering different combinations. Sorry for losing Donna. Tom will be great to work with.
