Annette, the agent who was assisting me/us in getting our Alaska cruise travels in acquiring the right dates, cabins, suitable cruise lines, etc. was very helpful, patient and informative. Had a good experience dealing with her.

Was absolutely effortless very fast and easy

The first cruise I tried to book didn’t go thru and after 1/2 hour of trying I gave up. The 2nd cruise I chose was easier to book but still had issues with the website bleeping me out of what I was looking at and working on.

It was very nice to talk with an american whose speech was very clear. I get so tired of talking to foreigners who are outsourced and have terrible accents. hardly understandable. Please hire Americas. My agent was pleasant and knowledgeable.
