We have worked with Miko for several years. She is very thorough with her work. She fully explains all cruise details and charges. I find it's easiest for me to email her with details on a cruise that I want booked. We then either communicate through email or she will call. I appreciate the ease of working with her.

Mark Winckler was amazing! I told him what I wanted and he took care of it all flight and cruise and came back with an amazing package for us. We were looking at our 10 year anniversary and we wanted specific dates and he was able to find that. He kept me updated and was so wonderful.
