It went well with the representative. Both your add and website was misleading. They both say the following,Exclusive: Gratuities Included for All Guests.I was expecting to get gratuities included. You have to click and read the fine print and I did notget the gratuities included.This is definitely misrepresentation as both email ad and website said: Gratuities Included for All Guests.. As I was already on the phone with the rep I did make the reservation. I have purchased many cruises with you and unfortunately I now mayhave to investigate other companies for my cruise needs.
