I had been shopping for this cruise for about a month. Talked to several other discount cruise agents. None of them seemed to have answers to all my questions. Most of them spoke we thick accents. Then I called cheap cruises… one last conversation before I was going to book. David was FANTASTIC! Had all the answers, quick with suggestions and most of all engaged an incredibly patient .
