It was very nice to talk with an american whose speech was very clear. I get so tired of talking to foreigners who are outsourced and have terrible accents. hardly understandable. Please hire Americas. My agent was pleasant and knowledgeable.

The rep Sade was wonderful. She explained everything as she went along as this is the first time I’ve ever booked a cruise. Had a little issue with payment but got it resolved and was able to speak with her again and everything was taken care of. Would book again.
