No problems and I like being able to see what rooms are available...I do wish the system would show all available rooms not just by category...

Website is easy to maneuver around and booking was very simple. It didn't take much time after we decided on our cabin. I have previously booked a cruise through Cheap Cruises with no issues which is why I booked through them again.

My experience booking with Mary Wilson was above and beyond customer service at its best. She was patient and understanding and was able to explain what the problem was and was able to correct it and proceed with our booking to our satisfaction. The knowledge that Mary possessed enabled her to expressed why I was hitting a brick wall when trying to purchase tickets through Uplift. She was friendly yet professional and made sure we were happy and satisfied with the outcome. My first experience 2 days before this, did not go as well with Liz Powers. She stated facts and was not concern or did not understand my frustration. I am so glad that I did not give up on Cheap Cruises and made the second call the following day. I do understand that its not always easy when communicating with a large diverse group of people. Liz Powers was not rude. She just was not able to help with the problem I was having booking through Uplift. Overall the great experience I had with Mary Wilson over shadowed my experience with Liz Powers and would not negatively affect my future bookings through Cheap Cruises. Enjoy and Stay Safe!
