It was great

I ended up working with 2 great agents. The first was Tyanna Mcintosh and the second was Cherry Boone. After working with Tyanna, I was on a 24hr courtesy hold over a holiday. I tried to get back in touch with Tyanna but unfortunately we couldn’t get connected. I then got Cherry and explained the situation and my concern that my hold would expire and I’d lose my cruise. She was able to quickly find my info and took the time to go over everything in great detail. We got everything finalized and I know if I need anything, she is just a phone call away. This was my first time using cheap cruises but it won’t be my last!
