I had originally booked 2 rooms on the past Saturday but I did not receive a confirmation for one of the rooms. I called in on today to obtain the confirmation, but found out the other room was not even boked. My card was charged and the agent (David) stated that he had taken care of both of the rooms. The young lady made sure that I was taken care of with a email confirmation.
