I am unfamiliar with booking cruises and Deanne(?) helped guide me through it. She answered my questions no matter how "dumb" they might have sounded. I was a bit stunned when as part of her closing comments she wished me a "blessed journey". I find that a bit too much, but I am sure she meant well.
