It was wonderful. I made a mistake while choosing the room and was able to call and have it corrected. The lady that answered my call was great!

It was excellent. Had a question that was answered in the chat window. Took me a while, as I tried many different options (Interoir, balcony, aqua class, etc)

Booking was easy. I have not gone on the trip yet I scheduled it for the future.

Justin Williams is great and so easy to work with throughout. Not his fault but I see today that like the day after we booked we now could get free gratuities for 2. Just my luck I guess!

This is our first cruise and i spent alot of time researching cruises and such. I kept coming back to this website. The representative i talked to- pardon me i cant remember her name - was very very helpful and lives in the port we are leaving from- Baltimore. I will use this website for cruises again.

It was great

I ended up working with 2 great agents. The first was Tyanna Mcintosh and the second was Cherry Boone. After working with Tyanna, I was on a 24hr courtesy hold over a holiday. I tried to get back in touch with Tyanna but unfortunately we couldn’t get connected. I then got Cherry and explained the situation and my concern that my hold would expire and I’d lose my cruise. She was able to quickly find my info and took the time to go over everything in great detail. We got everything finalized and I know if I need anything, she is just a phone call away. This was my first time using cheap cruises but it won’t be my last!
