Sade was professional and very thorough. She offered insight on cabin selection that I had not considered and I am very glad I took her advice. She also provided additional resources that I could utilize to maximize the cruise experience for my family. Liz was the reservation agent and she was very professional and personal. In at the late hour i called she was never rushing nor pushing. She gave me very kind and specialized service. She related as a personal aquantance and not as a bother. Liz was very knowledgeable about the procedures and answered my questions quickly and efficiently. She was willing to help to research my request about transportation from ship to pier to excursion. She seemed as excited about making our trip as easy and stressfull as possible.
