Mary was wonderful. I booked a cruise through Royal about two months ago and they took my deposit and canceled my cruise bc I didn’t read the fine print and I missed the email that told me I needed to pay the remainder in full. I tried to book that same cruise through Royal Caribbean directly and they quoted me four the amount that I was originally due to pay. I will never again book any vacation like this without speaking to a real human being that could let you know all of my options and make sure I did everything correctly. I was able to book a similar cruise through cheapcruises.com for a far more reasonable rate. Mair made sure I knew exactly what I needed to do and was very, very helpful. She even spent extra time making calls to try and see if she could get me an additional discount for being a nurse which didn’t work out, but I appreciated her very much for putting in so much effort. I was heartbroken when I found out on Mother’s Day that the cruise we were so excited about had been canceled and they didn’t even attempt to call or text me before the cancelled it. They sent an email that ended up in my spam folder and so they just happily kept my deposit. I will somewhat hysterical when I called cheap cruises bc I only had certain dates available as my family had already booked plane tickets and requested off work for the specific cruise we were planning to take. Mary helped me find another cruise on the exact same days. We will now be traveling on Norwegian, but honestly, I’m happy with that because I don’t particularly want to give Royal Caribbean any more of my money anyway.
