Terrible! Everything has been terrible. I will never EVER book with cheap cruises again for the rest of my life. To begin with, no one that answers the phone is knowledgeable about cruises. We tried to add a member and spent five evenings on the phone to resolve an issue and they kept us on the phone for so long that the cruise line actually closed their customer service. We inquired about a solo room and were told there were none only to find out there were actually 44 solo rooms available. These people will lie right to your face to get you to upgrade your room when you have an issue. Two people that answered the phones for them actually had screaming babies and kids in the background so loud that they could not help us. Because of all of the issues that did not get resolved to our satisfaction, when we did finally book the solo room the wrong name was put on it and they want an additional $1096 to fix it although we called back within days of noticing the problem!!! It is outrageous that this so called company can be called a travel agent! Horrible does not begin to describe the experience!! I have names of the reps and plan to document further to save people the aggravation that we experienced! These people are not travel agents. Complete nightmares!!
