Dear Customer Service,I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent booking experience through your website.During the online booking process, your site indicated that certain credits—specifically for a Bar Tab and Shipboard spending—would be included as part of my package. These representations played a significant role in my decision to book through your company.However, upon reviewing my account the following day, I found that none of these credits had been applied. I contacted your customer service team and, after waiting on hold for nearly an hour, was informed that these credits would not be honored and that there was nothing that could be done. The representative even acknowledged the situation and suggested that, had it not been so close to the sailing date, I should have considered canceling.Had the information on your website been clear and accurate, I would have booked directly with the cruise line, which would have ultimately provided a better value. Instead, I am now faced with additional out-of-pocket expenses to obtain the benefits I reasonably believed were included in your advertised package.I do not expect anything beyond what was represented at the time of purchase. However, when a company presents information in a way that can mislead customers into booking, it is unacceptable and should be addressed.I intend to share my experience through public reviews and with Virgin Cruise Line directly, as I believe it is important for others to be aware.I would appreciate any reconsideration of this matter or resolution you can provide.Regards,Jared Hahn

Maria was so pleasant and soooo helpful. This cruise is the first ever for one of our party and the first is more than 20 years for the other. Needless to say, we are not cruise savvy, but Maria gave us our sea legs, and we're feeling like everything is shipshape! Can't wait to go aboard. Big thanks to Maria!

Angela was helpful an assisting me with the purchase of my Royal Caribbean cruise. Since I will be sailing in June I could not get the $25 dollar deposit and needed to pay for the cruise in full
